Floa Concept

Floa is Lytte's twin sister, they were seperated at youth, she was placed into another family. Her biological mother of her and Lytte was hoping to hide there identity from Razziel. Eventually Razziel finds Floa, and keeps her in captivity. Hoping that she might be a key to finding Lytte. She's part White, and Dark dragoonian, her powers are not any where near Lytte's as her powers are more healing and natural manupulation...she is 19 presently.
